(Unit 1) Foundations of American Government

2) The First Constitutions
Did you know, ALL states have their own Constitutions - even before the Declaration of Independence was written! Using the Declaration of Rights from North Carolina's 1776 Constitution, identify the protections given to NC citizens in the document.

3) Vocabulary
Using the Unit 2 Guide, students will begin to look over and study the vocabulary for the unit.
