1) Voter Registration
To ensure that everyone eligible to vote in the upcoming primaries in March, we completed voter registration forms in class - as long as the student will be 18 by November 8 they can vote in the primary, March 15.
2) Origins of Constitutional Principles and Rights
Today we broke out of yesterday's groups and met in groups that included at least one person from each "document." In this way each person is instructed on all the documents.
3) The Enlightenment
We discussed the homework from last night emphasizing the importance of the Social Contract and the vigilance of the citizenry to ensure that government upholds its end of the deal.
4) English Heritage
While assigning textbooks, the students worked on the page in their packet "English Heritage" using said textbooks.
